M'hudi Wine Pinotage 2024

The grapes are harvested from soils that are mainly decomposed granite and glenrosa. The vines are in natural balance, giving a low yield of 7 tons per hectare to enhance fruit complexity.

Tasting Notes: Deep garnet. Red berries and dark chocolate on the nose. Red velvet cake, sour cherry and kirschwasser on the nose. Medium palate, layered and rich. Drink now or keep for a few more years.

Food Pairing: Enjoy among friends or pair with dishes such as tuna steak, lamb tika masala or glazed pork ribs.
